We hope you love your Roanedit pieces. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• To start a return, email us at roaneditwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within the same 30-day window, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
